    • The video should clearly show the printed label on the package, then the process of tearing open the delivery package or box.
    • Once the product is out of the packaging, record a 360-degree view of the product, ensuring that all sides are visible.
  2. Verification Process:

    • If the product you received matches the images, size, color, design, and quality mentioned on our website, the product will not be eligible for a return or refund under our policy.
    • If you notice any discrepancies such as size, color, design, or quality mismatch, you must upload the unboxing video as evidence.
  3. Return and Refund Procedure:

    • Once we receive the unboxing video showing the issue, our team will verify the claim.
    • After verification, we will arrange for the product to be returned.
    • Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with your refund. The refund process will take 7 days from the date we receive the returned product.
  4. Important Notes:

    • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund claims.
    • The product must be in its original condition as shown in the unboxing video for the return to be accepted.
