It’s important to remember that without proper video proof, we cannot entertain any arguments or complaints regarding damaged or missing products.

1. Refunds are only applicable if the courier fails to reach the customer or if the product is damaged during transit.

2. Customers must take a video while opening the parcel, which will serve as evidence for any claims.

3. Returns must be claimed within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

4. Exchanges are only permitted for size and quality issues within 4 days.

5. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the product back in its original condition.

6. Refunds will only be initiated for unused products.

7. The refund process typically takes 24-48 hours.

8. Customers are responsible for bearing courier charges for returning the product.
